At the Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE), our strength lies in the passion and commitment of the people behind our mission. As Colorado’s only non-profit trade association dedicated to supporting the state’s grape growers and winemakers, we are proud to be led by a small but mighty staff and a volunteer Board of Directors made up of industry leaders.

CAVE is powered by a dedicated team of two staff members who manage the day-to-day operations of the association, execute programs and events, and serve as the point of contact for our members and community partners.

CAVE is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of nine passionate professionals from across Colorado’s wine and grape industry. Our board members serve three-year terms, with three positions up for election each year. Elections are held each fall, and all CAVE members are eligible to run and vote—offering a great opportunity to help shape the future of our industry.

Board members play a key role in setting the direction of our organization, advocating for our industry, and bringing together the voices of grape growers and winemakers from across the state.

CAVE thrives on member involvement. If you’re passionate about Colorado’s grape and wine industry, consider running for a board position or getting involved in one of our many committees! Elections are held each fall, and any active CAVE member can throw their hat in the ring . Together, we’re cultivating a stronger, more connected Colorado wine industry.
