Slow roasted Osso Bucco with Whitewater Hill St. Vincent demi glaze paired with a lighter bodied and elegantly spiced St. Vincent red.
10-Year-Tawny & Chocolate Truffles
Whitewater Hill 10-Year-Tawny Chocolate Truffles. Barrel aged for ten full years the 10-Year-Tawny port-style dessert wine transforms into smoky, caramelized, brown sugar notes. Fortified with brandy, this pairing is delightfully decadent.
