Getting a vineyard started is daunting and the most frightening and time consuming task is pruning. Join Charlotte Oliver for a hands-on workshop to learn what you need to do to get comfortable with pruning and meet the new CSU extension viticulturist. Charlotte will provide individual coaching in the vineyard to help you become more comfortable working with grapes.
Preregistration is required. Registration closes Friday, March 24th.
Held in-person at the CSU Western Campus, 3170 B 1/2 Rd. Grand Junction, CO 81503
The event will be from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Mountain Time.
Registration will be limited to 35 people to allow space for participants to work in the vineyard.
Cost: $20, covers pruners, safety blade for checking buds, workshop handouts, and wine tasting.
