Food safety regulations are an ever moving target and it’s hard to know how these changes are going to impact vineyards and wineries. Join the CSU viticulture team and Sarah Musick to understand what the new changes meet for us in Colorado and what you need to do to get ahead of the curve!

The event will be held Virtually and take place on April 13th from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM MT.

Speaker Biography

Sarah Musick is the Produce Safety Coordinator at the Colorado Department of Agriculture. She has been with CDA for 4.5 years but have been in this current position for almost 1.5 years. The main responsibilities that she has with the Produce Safety Program is Education and Outreach. This looks like Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Grower training, On Farm Readiness Reviews ( OFRRs) and farm inventory and registration.
