The Colleges of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Sciences invite you to an Agrivoltaics Lunch and Learn at
CSU’s Western Campus in Grand Junction, CO. This is the third event in the summer series, and will be held
on August 15, 11am-2pm.
About this event: Join us for a tour of a planned 7-acre
agrivoltaic system over vegetables and wine grapes in Clifton,
CO led by local grower Richard Gowin. We will enjoy lunch
together (registration required within this invite, but free of
charge) at CSU’s Western Campus and hear brief presentations
about agrivoltaics in a range of environment types (cattle,
organic vegetables, wine grapes). An informal networking
session will follow so you will have an opportunity to visit with
other researchers and growers interested in agrivoltaics.
*Lunch will be provided to those who RSVP by a local
Colorado vendor, sponsored by the College of Agricultural
Sciences.
*Gluten free and vegetarian options will be provided –
Please note dietary restrictions within the RSVP. Must
