2018 Grand Valley Crush Readiness Workshop – CSU Enology Program

Good crush preparation ensures a successful winemaking season! Learn very latest information about yeasts for various grape varieties, fermentation management and additives, micro-oxygenation, malolactic fermentation, avoidance of faults, etc.  Michael Jones and Luke Holcombe, from Scott Labs, and CSU Enologist Stephen Menke, will lead the workshop. Lunch is included in registration.
