TiPS Training for Wineries

On Tuesday, March 27, 2018 beginning at 10 AM, the CWIDB will offer a TiPS training for responsible servers of alcohol geared toward winery sales room staff.  The training will be at the Colorado Department of Agriculture, 305 Interlocken Pkwy, Broomfield, CO 80021. The training runs 5-6 hours and results in a 3-year certification.  The cost is $30 per person and includes lunch.  Click here to register. TiPS Training for Responsible Servers of Alcohol

The CWIDB will put on a TiPS training for Responsible Servers of Alcohol on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at CSU's Western Colorado Research Center--Orchard Mesa, 3168 B 1/2 Road, Grand Junction 81503.  Training participants receive certification for three years.  If a winery trains its entire staff within 90 days of hire, it helps qualify the winery for Responsible Vendor status with Liquor Enforcement and could reduce penalties in the event of an infraction.
