Sips and Snacks: Colorado wine and food pairings

Simply, there’s no better way to enjoy Colorado wine than by pairing it alongside farm-fresh flavors of Colorado’s veggies, fruits and meats as prepared by anyone of the great chefs who reside here. For the entirety of Colorado Wine Week, participating restaurants will put a delicious appetizer sized snack on the menu alongside a Colorado wine created by a CAVE member winery. These pairings will be served at happy hour-style pricing, $20 or less.
