FSMA Produce Safety Rule Training

The Food Safety Modernization Act Compliance Training for Wineries that will take place at CSU's Western Colorado Research Center--Orchard Mesa.  The registration site is now active, so you can register for this training by clicking here.  The $100 fee includes lunch on Tuesday, electronic training materials so that you can customize your Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation Standard Operating Practices.  Please bring a laptop computer with you for this training.
